APPOINTMENTS
New clients must attended a consultation before any other appointment will be approved.
All sessions are by appointment only; walk-in appointments are not available.
Please plan to arrive about 5 minutes before your appointment; arriving late will not change the end time or fee associated with your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made with as much notice as possible. Please remember to cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance with notice. Notice includes either a a phone call/voicemail, text message, and/or email. Cancellation will be subject to a full charge if not received within 48 hours before their appointment.
In the event of a No-Call-No-Show appointment you will be charged the full cost of the visit. No further appointments may be scheduled, and all future appointments will be cancelled until payment is received and there is communication between the client and Ecstatic Electrolysis.
Payments
Payment for your treatment is due at time of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as check or cash. If paying in cash we only accept exact change.
Prices are subject to change at any notice.
Fragrances
Please do not wear any fragrances or scented products to your appointment. Our office is located in a shared office with other practitioners. We want to respect the accessibility of all other clients and practitioners.
Working Relationship
Ecstatic Electrolysis, LLC reserves the right to terminate the working relationship with the client at any time. In the even that Ecstatic Electrolysis, LLC dismisses a client from the practice they will provide reasonable written notice that they are withdrawing care from the patient with reasonable notice.
The staff of Ecstatic Electrolysis, LLC will not tolerate hate speech or harassment of any kind within the facility and we reserve the right to discontinue service at any time.
